This week we had to improve and perfect our series project. Here I focused more on my emotion and made my expression look more calm and natural. I edited the images to make it seem more nastalgic and warm. I mainly used dusk and the black and white effect on picmonkey. Then I overlayed more images ontop of it to make it more intersting. I chose images that show history and found calligraphy to overlay.
This is a strong, improved set of photos Caleigh! I like how you edited your photos by making them a bright, warm background. The dusk effect seemed to make your photos have a theme of calmness in them. My favorite photo is your third one. Great job! Keep it up!

ReplyDeleteYour photos are really nice. I like the overlaying of text and the last photo thats in black and white. However, i didn't see the calm and natural emotion. It looked more like you were sad. Good Work

ReplyDeleteNice job! I really like the overlay of the calligraphy over your portrait, I think that works well for the theme of you project. I think that not looking directly at the camera really makes the emotion more prominent as well. Great Job!
Beautiful photos Caleigh! I can really see the adjustments and consequent improvements you made on your set. You really got a hold of that calm and serene essence. Your positioning, placement of the characters, and organization of the different elements in your photos were done really well and boost the overall quality of the photos. The emotions you convey through your photos are also really strong. Great set!

This is a great batch, Caleigh! I love how you used more colorful calligraphy as a backdrop, it makes it more interesting and bright. The map detailing is also cool because it makes it look like we're travelling through time with you :) Good work overall!
ReplyDeleteyour set is really good! it is stronger then last weeks set, but i think you shouldn't wear clothes with logos on them.
