This week, we were assigned to take images of negative spacing. My goal was to find images or put people in front of a plain background and also creating a shadow behind it. In most of my pictures, my main focus was shadows. I wanted to take an image and edit it to make the viewer focus more on the subject, not the background. The shadows in the pictures make the image seem more interesting. The second, third, and last two images were edited with the cutout filter making it seem more cartoonish and fun.
Good work this week! I really love all of your photos! They all work well together even though you tried many different solutions. My favorites are the 2nd and 3rd ones. The really bright white and almost pure black make the images very strong! The negative space created by the branches and the street sign are both really interesting and cool to look at. I really like the photos with shadow as well. Good job!
ReplyDeleteGood Job! I like all your photos. They are creative. I like how they are all in black and white. My favourite is the second to last one. Its really pretty.
ReplyDeleteGreat job Caleigh! I like how all of your photos are black and white, making them flow well and making the negative space more enhanced. My favorite is your first photo of the unique tree with the white background. Nice work!
